Jake founded KCC Team Ltd in 2019 with a clear goal: to raise the standard in plumbing and heating by delivering great service and building a positive, people-first team culture. With a background in the trade and a passion for doing things properly, he leads the business with honesty, reliability, and a drive to keep improving.

With over 40 years of experience in the plumbing and heating game, Colin brings a depth of knowledge that’s hard to match. Officially “retired” — though you’d never know it — he remains a vital part of the company, always on hand to provide expert technical advice and practical solutions. His wealth of experience continues to be a huge asset to the team

Johnboy is part of the fabric of the company — a highly experienced plumber despite the baby-face looks. He’s one of our customers’ favourites, known not just for his friendly approach but for his exceptional ability to track down the root causes of leaks where others can’t. It’s a skill he’s truly perfected during his time at KCC. Always on time and completely dedicated, Johnboy is a core member of the team.

Harry joined the KCC Team in 2019 after qualifying as a Gas Safe engineer and has been instrumental in helping us revamp our services. Calm, cool, and reliable, Harry has recently added bathroom fitting to his repertoire and continues to grow as a skilled all-rounder. He’s also become an unofficial mentor to new team members — truly indispensable to KCC.

Nik joined us in 2021 as a newly qualified Gas Safe engineer. A very intelligent and social person who has become an integral part of KCC.

Cool in all situations & ever-reliable - Nik is now qualified for Commercial Gas Safe.

Crystal joined the team in December 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the world of Property Management. Since day one, she’s become the heartbeat of KCC — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and bringing fantastic energy to the office. With her friendly, approachable nature, she’s been a brilliant addition to the team and an essential part of our day-to-day success.

Jordan settled into the team quickly and has become an integral part of KCC. A thorough, clean, and tidy engineer, he brings a high level of organisation and diligence to every job. His attention to detail and positive attitude have made him a real asset to the team.

The latest to join the team, Scott has quickly found his feet and already become an important part of KCC. A conscientious engineer with plenty of bathroom fitting experience, he joined us to broaden his skills in the Gas Safe department. With a great sense of humour and a strong work ethic, Scott has been a fantastic addition to the team.

He came joined at the hip with Crystal, so we didn't have a choice to take him on, but we are over the moon that we did! If you need your day brightened up then Bruno is your dog! Bruno can be nervous but has since made himself very comfortable at the KCC... sometimes too comfortble!
