Boiler & Central Heating Repairs

MY BOILER HAS BROKEN DOWN. I HAVE NO HOT WATER. I HAVE NO HEATING. WHAT DO I DO?

 

One of our KCC Team will attend to investigate and repair your boiler/system fault for a £78 fee.

We will test, diagnose and repair your boiler once on site.

WHAT IF THE BOILER CANNOT BE REPAIRED ON THE CALLOUT?

If the repairs are more involved and parts are required, we will provide a quotation for repairs and give you our best recommendations & quote for a boiler replacement if necessary. The initial £78 fee would be waived should you wish to go ahead with our repairs/replacement.

WHAT IF THE REPAIRS ARE UNSUCCESSFUL?

 

If, after repairs, the boiler/system fails again within 12 months after our repair then we would deduct the cost off of the repairs completed from the new boiler quote provided & installed by our KCC Team.
